What to include.
The name and version of the application, your device and its system version, and what you expected to happen compared with what did. A screenshot often saves a round of questions.
Your account.
To change or delete your account, write from the email address the account uses, or tell us how you signed in. When we delete an account, we delete the data tied to it, except records the law requires us to keep.
